LANDING WITH SEAPLANE

Well, some notes about that. FS2002 is quite very sensible with the operations with
the big flying boats, specially for landing.
I try my personnal adaptations for FS2002 of the Short S.23 , the Sunderlands but not the Sandrighams, this last serie had a problem with the Image display in FS2002 and impossible to load the plane.

The Catalinas fly nice without problems after some minor modifications and he is the more easy flying boat for land.

The Short S.23 is something more special and the landing is a strong "aventure".
I have sucess maybe the third time at stall speed and nor more of 10 ft over the water; the problem is very hard in my night landings in Karachi without a very bad apreciation
of the surface water with so few light.

Patiente and "crystal hands".

YOU HAVE ALWAYS THE POSIBILITY TO CHANGE THE SETTINGS OF FS2002 AND FLY WITH REALISM SETTINGS SELECTION: "IGNORE CRASH".

Another task: taxi the boat. Well, best is anyway is the differential power (power in engine 1 to turn right, power in 4 to turn left).Water rudder is not like the Caravan.

Keep always in mind the wind direction and dont forget :no brakes in your boat.
